1. Brief and Proposal.
We'll meet to discuss requirements & review any specs, then develop a proposal with plan, costings & timeline.
2. Product Requirements
Having a clear starting point results in big savings. Unless a detailed brief already exists, we'll write a short PRD.
3. Low Fidelity Wireframes
A hand drawn version of the app for user testing. Changes take seconds, so iterating is fast & inexpensive.
4. High Fidelity Wireframes
Full colour, pixel-perfect designs. Once finished you'll have a clear picture of the finished app.
5. App Prototype
An interactive app, without any of the "real" functionality. Giving you an early, but true sense of the finished app.
6. Development
Here we build the app. Thanks to the preceding work, our developers work efficiently with minimal changes.
7. Testing
We test as we build, but this final round checks that the app is stable, bug free & ready for prime-time.
8. Launch
We'll work through submitting to the app store on your behalf, so you can focus on the launch of your app.
9. Maintenance & Support
Once your app is live, we offer 24/7 support to keep your app & backend systems running smoothly.
10. New Features
We'll work with you on a product roadmap of enhancements, features & ways to further engage your users.
